My Audacious Child started with my autistic daughter receiving her diagnosis. My idea was simple, I needed to find a service which would listen to our story, connect with my child and provide specialised guidance that would support my child’s needs and that of our family.

This did not exist.
So I thought, why not develop the service myself? After all, I was already an experienced primary school teacher with a Master’s degree in Education, specialising in Autism Spectrum Studies. The community I had become a part of all seemed to express similar needs for services that did not exist. This ignited my passion for listening, connecting and guiding children and their families, hence My Audacious Child was born.
SUPPORTING neurodivergent people
We provide specialised academic, social, behavioural and emotional support to neurodivergent children.
I want everyone I work with to walk away feeling heard and being seen for who they are, not who they are not.
