Enrolment Terms & Conditions

1. When you enrol your child to receive services with My Audacious Child you are making a commitment to developing and improving your child’s social, emotional, or academic skills. Under these terms of Business (“Terms’) My Audacious Child ABN 65 955 733 271 agrees to provide the required services unless terminated in accordance with clause 7.

1.1 Acceptance of Terms
It is deemed by receiving a copy of these terms you have accepted the outlined conditions. The terms will take precedence over and supersede any other document or terms previously agreed or provided to you.

2. Fee schedule for all services will be outlined to you ahead of your first session.

3. Group sessions are paid as a term invoice. Group sessions are a term commitment like other extra curricula activities.

4. If you are unable to attend your individual appointments you must advise us by providing 24 hours’ notice. If appropriate notice is not provided you will be charged for the booked services and invoice will be issued to be paid within 7 days. My Audacious child timetable does not allow makeup sessions therefore a cancellation cannot be rescheduled If an educator cancels a session and you have paid a term invoice, you will either be refunded of credited the required fee.

5. Failure to attend a session is deemed as a missed session and will be invoiced as outlined in our payment terms in Clause 9.

6. Failure to attend a group session will not be refunded. Group session fee’s go towards resources, planning time, communication with relevant parties, therefore a refund cannot be made.

7. As a client or parent undertaking services with My Audacious Child it is expected that all communication is completed in a professional and courteous manner at all times. Should any client or parent communicate in a way that is unsatisfactory services may be terminated. Should this agreement be terminated based on a non adherence to this clause a refund is not valid.

8. All communication about session times, invoicing and fees should be made to admin@myaudaciouschild.com.au.

9. You agree to pay all fees and all agreed costs for all services provided by My Audacious Child within 7 days of receipt of your invoice. We reserve the right to charge a late payment fee of 10% for any outstanding invoiced amount.

Once an invoice is overdue for 14 days, your services will be paused until payment is made. Any invoices over 21 days overdue will trigger clause 7. Termination

Term invoices are a commitment to a group and cannot be refunded for any reason.

These terms may be terminated by either party by providing written notice to the other party. Where either party gives notice of termination, we will be entitled to invoice and receive payment of all fees pursuant to these terms.

If this agreement is terminated due to a breach of Clause 7 there will be no refund.

If payment of an outstanding invoice has not been made as of 21 days, your services will be terminated and offered to another family.
